About Find Matches
- How are matches selected?
- Matches come from the categories of your own listed products. With Builder Pro you can also filter by another category or by country. Vizloft only uses information builders have published on their listings and profiles.
- Can I contact a matched builder?
- Yes, through the public social or website links each builder chose to share on their profile. Vizloft never shows private email addresses.
- Do I need a listing to use Find Matches?
- Yes. Matches are based on what you build, so list at least one product first.
- Does seeing the same builder again use another match?
- No. A builder you have already seen this week can be viewed again without using your allowance.
