Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — used to sign you in via a one-time code, and to send you transactional emails (sign-in codes, payment confirmations, listing-approved notices, comment notifications).
• Listing details you submit — product name, tagline, description, URL, logo, category, and maker names/emails, all shown publicly on your listing page.
• Comments — the commenter's name and comment body are public; an optional email is kept private and never displayed.
• Votes — we don't require login to vote. To stop duplicate voting we store a one-way hash of your IP address, browser, and the day — not the raw IP itself.
• Payment records — amount, type, and status of any purchase. Card and payment details are handled entirely by Cashfree; we never see or store them.
• Badge activity — anonymous impression/click counts when your embedded badge is viewed elsewhere, with no personal data attached.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Vizloft: Resend (sending emails), Cashfree (processing payments), and Google's Indexing API / IndexNow (submitting your approved, public listing URL for search indexing — no personal data is sent, only the listing's public URL). We don't sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

We set one httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in between visits. It isn't used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@vizloft.com. Public listing content already indexed by search engines may take time to disappear from search results after removal.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
