Terms of Service

Vizloft is a product-launch directory: you list a product, it gets a real dofollow backlink and gets submitted for Google indexing once approved, and visitors can upvote and comment on it. By using Vizloft, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

We use email-only sign-in — you enter your email and a one-time code, no password. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account.

Submitting a listing

You must own, or have permission to list, any product you submit. Listings are reviewed before going live, and we may reject or remove a listing at our discretion — for example if it's spam, misleading, contains inappropriate content, or violates someone else's rights. We reserve the right to moderate comments and votes for the same reasons.

Paid features

A dofollow backlink and indexing submission are included free with every approved listing — they are never sold. The two paid add-ons (a custom launch date, or boosting an already-live listing to the top) pay only for scheduling and visibility. See Pricing and our Refund Policy.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the listing content, comments, and any logo you submit. By submitting it, you give Vizloft permission to display it publicly on the site and in the embeddable badge you generate.

Voting and comments

Upvotes are rate-limited per visitor to keep them honest. Don't attempt to manipulate vote counts. Comments should be genuine and on-topic; we filter and may remove spam or abusive content.

Termination

We may suspend or remove an account or listing that violates these terms. You can stop using Vizloft at any time.

Disclaimer

Vizloft is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific outcome from indexing, votes, or traffic. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
